One thing I have observed is that cancer patients in 2025 arrive differently than they did before. They have Googled, asked AI, watched videos. They come with information but without certainty about whether it applies to their specific case. I fill that gap. Not with generic information, but with specific answers about their situation.

Before I operate, I confirm one thing: that the patient understands. What surgery will happen, why, what to expect afterwards, and what the consent form they are signing actually means. After that is confirmed, I operate. Not before.
